Board Leadership


Mr. Lomax has a background in law and finance. He is the CEO of The Lomax Companies, LP, a private investment firm focused on venture capital and real estate. His responsibilities include leading the corporate finance and development activities of the various Lomax portfolio companies.

Mr. Lomax received a B.S. degree in Finance from Hampton University and a J.D. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Mr. Lomax currently serves on the Temple University Beasley School of Law Board of Visitors and is a member of the School Committee (Board of Trustees) for the George School. Mr. Lomax also serves on the Board of Stone Ridge Investment Partners, LLC an institutional asset management firm and the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Orchestra.


Mr. Snyder brings over 30 years of management and board leadership experience in the high tech sector to Prime Image. A telecoms and IT industry veteran, his previous positions include Board Member at RightNow Technologies, CEO and Board Member at Aepona, CEO at Carrier Access, COO at Openwave, and other senior executive positions at Oracle and Digital Equipment Corporation, with responsibilities for product development, sales, customer service, software support, and professional services.


Executive Leadership Team


Mr. Mayfield has over 30 years of accomplishment in various leadership roles within the high tech industry. His professional experience has been accumulated through progressive technical and management roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, Oracle Corporation, StorageTek, Openwave Systems, Carrier Access, Aepona Systems, and, lastly, Intel. He is considered an expert at business re-engineering.

He has served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Consortium for Service Innovation and has been active with Junior Achievement and Colorado Business Week. He is a graduate of Webster University, MA – Management, Regis College, BS – Business Administration, and Community College of the Air Force, AA – Avionics Technology.



Gary Gatchell has extensive experience in executive leadership roles across public and private companies. Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer for Iofina, plc, a listed company in United Kingdom, which is a technology leader in the production of iodine and iodine derivatives. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTI) from 2008 to 2013. Ascent is a technology leader in the manufacture of photovoltaic modules using a differentiated thin film technology (CIGS). Prior to joining Ascent, Mr. Gatchell served as the CFO of Carrier Access Corporation, (NASDAQ: CACS, sold to Turin Networks). Prior to joining Carrier Access, from 1999 to 2004, Gary served as the CFO of Voyant Technologies, a leading provider of audio conferencing equipment that was acquired by Polycom, and as an audit manager at KPMG.

Gary is a graduate of Colorado State University, has a Master of Accountancy degree from University of Denver, completed MS Finance courses at CU-Denver, is a CPA and is a member of the AICPA and CSCPA.




Mr. Maury is responsible for company operations, product development and technology strategy for the company.

A 21-year veteran of the technology industry, Mr. Maury was CTO at Vumanity, Inc., Co-founder and COO of Eelios, Inc., VP of System Engineering at 21st Century Systems, and Director at Gemini Mobile and Openwave Systems. In these roles, Maury had P&L responsibility with focus on revenue growth, advanced technologies and deployed solutions for customers worldwide.

As a senior technologist and operations executive with experience in both the private and public sector, Mr. Maury has pioneered and developed advanced decision support applications, communication infrastructure and custom A/V solutions for DoD, ISP and telephony markets.

A native Californian, Mr. Maury holds a BA in Economics from California State University, Long Beach, accreditation from Carnegie Melon University (SEI), and plays an active role in IETF.
